El huerto de Isidro es un homenaje a mi padre: Isidro Pisa Cambra que, proviniendo del medio rural y de una familia humilde, hizo el esfuerzo y el sacrificio de estudiar (ya casado y con hijos, y a la vez que trabajaba) la Secundaria, el Bachillerato e, incluso, la carrera universitaria de Derecho. Todo ello para poder progresar en su trabajo y así ofrecer a su familia mejores condiciones económicas.
El huerto de Isidro está compuesto por una serie de breves documentales que muestran el proceso de cultivo, de forma tradicional, de diferentes hortalizas y verduras.
Las imágenes se han grabado en Poleñino (Huesca). Hay que tener en cuenta que los cultivos y las fechas que se señalan en cada vídeo variarán para otros territorios en función de su climatología, de su latitud (Norte-Sur), de su altitud (metros sobre el nivel del mar), etc.
